About me

I am currently based in the UK and working as a UCL Teaching Fellow in Project Management at the University College London, School of Management

I also work as an External Examiner for postgraduate Project Management and Strategic Management modules within the Languages and Management programme group at Southampton Solent University for the period autumn 2018-autumn 2022.

Throughout my time in Higher Education, I have focused on delivering a high-quality student experience through innovative and flexible pedagogies, for which I have been recognised as a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA). In July 2019, I have been awarded a Certified Management & Business Educator (CMBE) recognition. Finally, I am a Mental Health First Aid (MFHA) Champion and a PRINCE2 Practitioner

Over a number of years in my teaching career, I have developed, organised, advised, and/ or lectured on courses and modules in the areas of project management, international business, marketing, strategic management, innovations, knowledge management, entrepreneurship, and business negotiations, at a number of institutions including Coventry University, Birkbeck/ University of London, UWE Bristol, Hanken School of Economics (Finland), Technical University of Lodz (Poland), School for Higher and Professional Education (Hong Kong).

Before joining academia, I worked for ABB Power Transformers as a quality management specialist where I gained first-hand experience in managing quality in the context of large projects delivered to customers around the world.
